Oral History Recording (clarify when recording are/aren't available)

Add a note / message to records that contain an explanation similar to 'Oral history interview' (using a re-ex) to clarify that this only means we hold the recording not that it is available digitally.

Could simply be the following text, below a <hr> tag at the bottom of the description.

"Unfortunately many of the films and audio recording that we hold in our collection are not yet digitised, if if have a specific academic research interest in this recording, you can contact our collections and archives team who may be able to assist'.

(will need to get exact text signed off before going live)
