Ability to select a default skin tone

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently you can see the emojis and then press one to select the tone. For anyone who wants to use a skin tone, this makes it a more complicated process for every single use.

Describe the solution you'd like
A specific icon in the corner that shows the selected color selected. Pressing that will show the available colors, once selected, all emojis that have that color available show like that in the picker. This would need to be an option that can be passed in as the default so the app can manage saving their choice.

Describe alternatives you've considered
This is a feature supported on numerous emoji pickers I've tried. It makes the emojis more amicable to POC.
