Add PurchaseConfig.xml and LoadoutConfig.xml.

As addition to the waveconfigs, for the sake of modding i think. It allows to change loadouts, add numerous additional loadouts and add MP weapons like LMGs in the single player

You can put it inside update folder at appropriate path.

its not just ini its a xml files that stored in the dynamicwin.umd, like your ExtractionWaveConfig xmls

OK so i want to implement another xml files but them are specific for the map files, so what i just drop them in update folder?
Its like xmls with voicelines of characters
