- Ofen auf 180° vorheizen | ||
- Tofu über grobe Reibe reiben und mit Sojasosse, 1 EL Sesamöl und Agavendicksaft vermengen | ||
- 25 Minuten backen und regelmässig wenden | ||

- getrocknete Shiitake in 600ml heissem Wasser einweichen (später für die Brühe verwenden) | ||
- In einem kleinen Topf 1EL Sesamöl bei mittlerer Hitze erwärmen | ||
- Frühlingszwiebeln, Koriander, Knoblauch und Ingwer für 5 Minuten dünsten | ||
- Misopaste, Sojasosse, Brühe, Shiitake und Wasser und Kokosmilch in den Topf geben | ||
- 10 Minuten köcheln lassen | ||
- Ramennudeln nach Packungsanweisung kochen | ||
- Nach Geschmack Limettensaft hinzugeben | ||
