Compatible with shell from 2.28 to 3.35
IMPORTANT: This version is only for GNOME shell version from 3.28 to 3.35 (tested with 3.34) do not use it with newer versions.
Prides the same features as v2.
Changed permissions required to create a new shortcut
The required permissions now are:
- No write permission for others
- Execute permission for everyone if the owner isn't the current user
This should assure working shortcut for every app

Automatic permission handler
When you click 'Add to Desktop' the extension checks for execution permissions for the current user and adds them when needed. If the file is owned by another user root authentication is required in order to change permissions.
Only basic feature
Is missing many key feature that will be added in future releases.
Adds only the 'Add to Desktop' entry to the context menu and does not handle permissions issues.
