Mori v0.3.0

• Check source directory at 5 minute interval (customizable)
• Automatically extract skins, unless told not to
• -C flag to define alternate config location

• Mori now does a sweep when it starts up. This basically checks for left over files in the source directory and moves them to the osu! directory.
• Skins are now handled as well
• Ability to change source and osu! directories via json config (info on readme)
