Save parser

Changelog

• Working save parser. Works with Half-Life 1 -> Portal 2.
• I actually check for end of file everywhere so you can't really get any crashes.
• Statistics continued but still not done.

First stable release!

I included just the program so you can simply use that it has all the features but if you use the installer the program will associate itself with save and demo files.
