Adds a wew HPP link builder with the ability to show mandate results, and set wait and/or signup.
Sort of inspired by TrueLayer/truelayer-dotnet#158

• Existing hpp() method has been marked as @Deprecated

Added

• New hppLinkBuilder() utility added with extra features
