can't figure it out

How to make the program (Minecraft Server) allow only a specific application (C:\Server\start.bat) and disallow everything else.
I put in the allow path to the Server (C:\Server\start.bat) but it doesn't work the same for the forbidden ones

Put C;\Server in folders perhaps. .bat file is just a script. I have a setup like this:

Everything on the left goes in VPN, and on the right it doesn't

A bat file is a script that executes commands and executables. If you look inside the script you should be able to see what particular exe files it is launching. They can be added individually to the allow list.
