rudaux config template has nfs mount still #155

I don't believe the NFS mount is needed or used any more in rudaux. But I need to look through the current prefect-based code to make sure. Once that check happens I'll remove it and close this.

@Lourenzutti take a look at this one next after you are done with #156. I suspect you can just delete the line from the config template!
