Notes:
I hooked up the header to the site via the default layout. The header should be visible and should switch between mobile and desktop views.
Search is visible but will take you to a 404 page for now, it will need to be hooked up to functionality as part of site-search page work I assume. Please let me know if I should create a ticket for search or do anything further.
