feat: add new entries to netlify _redirects file and clean it up (#695)
* feat: add new entries to netlify _redirects file * chore: remove "https://www.library.ucla.edu" from _redirects relative links work just fine * remove whitespace from end of lines * sort _redirects * remove duplicate rules note that netlify normalizes urls, so capitalization and final "/" are not significant where a two rules redirect to one origin, I confirmed that one worked and one didn't * use wildcard for staff profile redirects * complete staff listing lastNameLetter filters * remove redirects for added CJK alternative names It looks like something we considered but then left out of the URL slug? * fix requesting-an-event-or-exhibit-at-powell/ url
