2. Update facets sidebar appearance and display only view icons on smaller devices PR-398
   • Add background color to facets header section for tablet and mobile.
   • Close facets sidebar at 991px and display toggle icon
   • Change facet hamburger icon to a toggle angle.
   • Switch view type buttons to display icons only at tablet and mobile.
3. Fix the date sort PR-399
   • This changes the date sorting and display so that the user is able to sort by the creation date of an item both ascending and descending. This also changes the display field for the date on the index page to display the date that was used for sorting.
   • This also adds the ARK field to the default search so that users can search by the ARK.
