1. Display all available metadata for a work URS-399 PR-400

As a researcher, I would like to see all the available metadata for a work, so that I have the fullest possible context for the thing I'm looking at.

Based on the groupings in this spreadsheet:

• Display the high-level groupings listed in the spreadsheet

• Under each high-level grouping, display the corresponding fields that are marked "Display in Ursus"

• When a field has no metadata, don't display the field label (this should be the current behavior already)
