Powerups

Overview

Powerups create a more fun and engaging experience with for the player by implementing enhanced abilities to the player within the game. Each powerup has a unique duration and effect. When the duration or effect ends, the player may revert to their standard capabilities until another powerup is engaged.

Health Powerup

• Purpose: Provides the player with opportunities to restore their health throughout the game.
• Effect: Restores the player to full health.

Movement Powerup

• Purpose: Assists players in evading enemies and navigating the game environment more efficiently.
• Effect: Temporarily increase the player's default movement speed by a fixed amount.
