Tutorial
This comprehensive tutorial is designed to guide players through the game controls and features, ensuring that they have a deep understanding of how to play. Each section is explained thoroughly with text instructions and placeholders for video demonstrations to enhance the learning experience.
To access the tutorial, players can click the tutorial button on the main menu screen. This will open the Tutorial Screen, which extends the ScreenAdapter.
This section will introduce players to basic movement controls.
- Player Movement: Use the W, A, S, and D keys to move your character. Watch the video below for a visual demonstration of character movement.

- Dashing: To perform a dash, press the spacebar. Watch the video below for a visual demonstration of dashing.

When you are comfortable with movement controls, proceed to the next section.
This section introduces players to combat mechanics and how to attack enemies.
- Melee Attack: Select your melee weapon with the 1 key or left-clicking on the melee attack button.

- Ranged Attack: Select your ranged weapon with the 2 key or left-clicking on the melee attack button.

- Reload Ranged Attacks: Select your ranged weapon with the 2 key or left-clicking on the melee attack button.

Once you've mastered attacking, move on to the Structure Section.
This section guides players on placing, picking up, and healing structures.
- Select Hammer: Choose the hammer by selecting key "3" on your keyboard.

- Select and Place Dirt Wall: Select the dirt wall from the menu and place the dirt wall by clicking the left mouse button.

- Upgrade Wall: Upgrade the wall to a stone wall, select the stone wall from Structure Picker and click on the dirt wall to upgrade it.

- Pick Up Wall: To pick up a wall, right-click on it.

- Select Healing Tool: Choose the healing tool and Heal the damaged wall by clicking on it.

Once you are confident with structure interactions, proceed to the Resource Section.
This section covers resource management and resource usage.
- Select and Place Extractor: Select the extractor through the structure menu and place the extractor on the ore deposit.

- Unlock Tree: Open the unlock tree by pressing 'U'.

- Enter Spaceship: Interact with the spaceship using 'F' and choose a different planet by left clicking on planet.
