Question: How would you finish Atlantis Sinks game if you were the chief concept designer?
Answer: Oh my, a chief designer? Well, ok… hmm.. Maybe an antagonist? Because you have a bunch of enemies running inside the game, well, they appeared from somewhere, meaning that there should be some sort of primary creature that tries to steal the crystal.
Question: If you were the main character in the game how would you end your story?
Answer: well I think it has to be a positive conclusion, because it’s only a short game, thus I think it would be nice to see some sort of winning term. There is no 2nd part is there? (laughing). Yeah, ok then, I think since it’s a single player, definitely would see a finale - positive happy ending, where I’m standing victorious (smiling) over a pile of dead bodies (laughing)
Question: Can you recall the last game you played? How did it end?
Answer: I played The Last of Us, this is where the difficulty was raised, I think I’ve spent 3 hours trying to complete the mission. I’m also a fan of the Command & Conquer base building game, you know? Well there is a final mission, where you need to defeat Kane - that bold guy who terrorized me through the entire game (laughing)
Question: What was the most boring end game you ever experienced? How did it make you feel? Why?
Answer: Diablo III I was disappointed when I saw that demon, just basic attacks and that’s it, nothing else. Why? It’s because it takes hours to run through the dungeon and it took me, I don’t know, maybe 10 minutes to kill the last boss, after some boring text and that’s it. I mean, the demon just stands in the middle.
Question: From an emotional perspective, describe how you would like to feel when you finish the game? Why?
Answer: Everyone must die! (laughing, citing GoT) Ok, I think positive and happy, I don’t want to be sad, definitely no. I’m playing cause I want to be distracted from my current things. Yeah… I don’t want to be sad (smiling)
Question: How would you feel if you could play your favorite game forever?
Answer: Forever? No no I will quit the game, usually if I want to test my skills, I’d play skirmish games, you know those with AI, or in Diablo games I can just increase difficulty if I want to feel challenged, So, forever playing the same game, it will eventually become boring. So, no.
