Add bar charts

Adding bar charts
[ ] reindex elasticsearch
[ ] think of ui display for the charts

There are a few things to fix here.

1. The drop-down menu contains all the annotations rather than the ones selected.
2. In the filter page, the drop-down also includes all the annotation types rather than the ones selected.
3. Remove the filter and stats icon in the column header in the first 4 columns. For the rest of the columns, is it possible to put those icons closer to the text? When the column is wide, the icon is all the way to the right edge of the column, which is not easy to find.
