Filter not working properly

There are two issues in here.

1. Under the filter function, the drop-down menu doesn't show all the selected annotations to filter.
   
2. Filter can still be down by clicking the number on the header or from the stats function. It works for chromosome and gene product, but doesn't work for VCF file and rsID list.

just commenting on the left over issues before the transition. This was designed so that it shows first 20 results, to further filter, type in the box as it works like an autocomplete filter, but you can always increase the threshold
