Incorrect annotation counts #27

There is a problem counting the annotations. Here is an example to see it.

Upload the config file below and submit the query using default chromosome location search (Chr=18, start=1, end=500000)

Click the number under ANNOVAR_ensembl_Gene_ID.
Then click the number under ANNOVAR_ensembl_Closest_gene. The column has many blank rows, but counted as annotated.
