@XUKEREN Really fantastic slides!! My only suggestion would be to add a few comments on cache-ing (e.g. https://bookdown.org/yihui/rmarkdown-cookbook/cache.html), as that can help save a lot of time. Not necessary though -- lots of very useful content here.
Also I tried to make one suggestion which is to add the quick tutorial in the last slide of links:

• R Markdown 10-minute tutorial [link]
  but the git message I got was permission denied. @gvegayon do you know if I have permission to collaborate on the master branch? Also strangely after that commit I am not able to access the day 3 folder with slides locally, not sure whether this could also be a permission issue? Still getting a hang of github here...

I will be there on Thursday to help answer / field questions during the Q&A.
