This system should support multiple currencies and 1 basket per culture.

This should be possible by moving the currency setting to the root node and changing the session key to make use of the culture name

To make this non-breaking, the process will be changed to have a single currency by default managed in the Settings Section.
This however can be overridden by adding a currency to each root node.
