Coral v0.3.0 for Minecraft 1.21.x

Coral v0.3.0 已发布，我们做了如下改动：

版本支持

• 已支持 Minecraft 1.21，不再维护 1.20.x 以及更低版本；
• 内置了 Fabric API 依赖，现在仅需要 Fabric Loader 即可运行 Coral；

特性变更

• 重构了所有代码和配置，新的配置方式可阅读 READMD；
• 默认语言从英文变更为中文，英文支持尚不完善；
• 新增了 player 命令，部分功能尚未完全支持；
• 移除了 msgMotd 特性，我们认为这个功能还没想清楚。
