###C++ parallel algorithms

  • Added examples of C++20 parallel algorithms to ParticleSolver.inl replacing existing vectorised for loops
  • Currently errors are produced when variables are captured by value - which is necessary for efficient GPU use
  • Nvidia compiler 22.9 doesn't support C++20, use ported ranges, execution and mdspan libraries
