The primary goal of this project is to create a platform for AEYB that can help the organization to effectively track attendance and participation in their meetings and events. Given the number of activities that AEYB has, it is important to have a system that allows the organization to easily monitor the attendance and participation of their members.
In addition to attendance tracking, another goal of the project is to create a mechanism for monitoring the wellbeing of AEYB members. This aspect of the project will involve developing tools to help members communicate how they are feeling, and to allow the organization to track trends in the emotional and mental health of their members over time.
Overall, the goals of the project are to create a comprehensive platform that will enable AEYB to monitor attendance, participation, and member wellbeing.
