[Bug] Fix Retreat Page Remaining Tickets Number

Expected Behavior:

The "Remaining Tickets" number should only go down if payment is successful. Right now, even if someone accepts the waiver and clicks the "Continue to Payment" button without actually paying, the number of remaining tickets goes down. Retreat page can be found at orientation.skule.ca/frosh-retreat but you have to be logged into the profile.

Requirements:

• Make remaining tickets number decrease only with successful payment
