This PR addresses some issues that have bugged the Python SDK for a while as well as introducing some new API objects.

Following features are available;

  • Server groups
  • Load balancers
  • Labels supported in servers, storages, server groups and loadbalancers
  • Server plan listing available in manager
  • Support for network interfaces and simple backups in servers
