questions:

  • why is this in phase 2?
  • how will we do it?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This feature will help us achieve our goal in Phase 2: Get to know better our target groups. By the end of a loop we need to take into consideration if our assumptions about target groups are right.

Describe the solution you'd like
empathy-map-empty-emgcanvas
plus an average amount ($) each of them spends on our service

Describe alternatives you've considered:
I would say that this is the best way to get to know our customers, recommended by the best (Y Combinator). I do not see alternatives, but there are many personas canvas we can use. The most important is to know details about our customers (when they take a decision to book, what is their daily routine, how often they go on holidays, what bikes they would like to rent, how is their experience) and validate assumptions early & fast.

that's great @lam3lka do we have that somewhere? We should create a follow up task to this one to actually use the persona within the strategy
