This code reproduces all Figures included in our manuscript titled "White matter myelination during early infancy is linked to spatial gradients and myelin content at birth". The manuscript is currently under review. The code for each plot pulls the data from ./Data directory and creates a figure which is saved in the ./Output directory. The ./Data directory also includes a SourceDataFile in Excel Format for those who prefer to work with Excel.
