Releases: Vaida12345/PianoTranscription
App Store Ver 1.0.5
This is the App Store Version of 1.0.5, for these who encounter crashes using version 1.1
I apologies for no being able to fix this issue, as I do not have a Intel-based Mac, I cannot reproduce the issue, and hence cannot determine the exam point where the inference went wrong.
Update:
Please update to version 1.1.1. The old version is kept here for any other errors.
Release 2.1
Please check your Mac before downloading.
- For arm-based Macs, ie, Macs with M-series chips, use
app.arm.zip
. - For intel-based Macs, ie, Macs released before Nov, 2020, use
app.intel.zip
.
If you cannot open the app, (if Mac says something is damaged, and should be moved to trash), enter the following to Terminal:
"xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine
", then drag the app to terminal, press enter.
It would basically ask Mac not to inspect anything, and stop preventing the user from using these files.
You need to do this because the executable was dragged into the app after the app was complied (in order to prevent the workspace being too large). The app was not intended to do any harm.
When using the app for the first time, if the inference fails immediately, you need to goto the app > right click > Show Package Contents > Contents > Resources > PianoTranscription > PianoTranscription
and run the executable manually.
This is because the executable file is considered as a different software to the app itself.
Release 2.0
The 2.0 version of release.
Now you can change the parameters of inferring.
The release includes the following:
- The executable
- The app itself
If you are not a developer, the app itself would be sufficient.
Please check your Mac before downloading.

Release: ARM updates
This update is for arm based computers only, ie, computers with the M series chip.
You need to manually past what is in your pasteboard to Terminal for inference, as I do not know how to run a script under the user's authority.
If you cannot open the app, (if Mac says something is damaged, and should be moved to trash), enter the following to Terminal:
xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine

If you do not trust the source, you may compile your package yourself. Follow the instruction in Portable Executable File
, you may find the files inside the folder build files
useful.
