Here you will find information on how to access our API and the data available there.
Please use the menu on the right to navigate to the different products and functions.

Residential Registry This registry contains all homes in Sweden with informtion on type, size, location, construction year and much more. It is based on the registries of the Swedish Land Registry. In the menu to the right you can access the full, current version of the Residential Registry, the Markups table with all types of changes as well as added information from other sources, and the Valuations table with up-to-date valuations of each home.

Real Estate Registry Valueguard is an official retailer and partner of the Swedish Land Registry. In this section, you can find information about the tables we currently manage. We do have access to them all, though, so if you are looking for something but can't find it, please let us know. One of the most sought after sections is the taxation registry. It includes the latest taxation values as well as lot and house areas used in it. This information is searchable on address, FNR or property designation (fastighetsbeteckning). Through a partner you can also send in a Social Security Number and get all information on a residence where that person is registered.

Valuation Here you get access to Valueguard's Automated Valuation Model, or AVM. It is an automated statistical model used to provide a valuation of a home. Send in coordinates, home type and as much information as possible for the home you want an estimated value from, and get back estimated value together with a quality grade.

Sales In these functions you can access micro data from the Swedish housing market in the form of actual, historical transactions. Please note that we do not sell this data in bulk.

Index This section includes functions related to our price indices, the crown jewel of Valueguard's products. An important function is index recount, which allows you to send in a the value of a home (estimation or actual transaction price) and have the API return a recounted value.
