In the Sales section of our API you can access individual transactions on the housing market. Sources are the Real Estate Price Registry (Fastighetspriset) from the Land Registry (Lantmäteriet) and brokers active on the Swedish market, primarily through Mäklarstatistik but also through direct connections. A user can generally not fetch transactions in bullk as we are not retailers for this data. Rather, users access it through limited search functions.

Sales Reference

A reference function in Valueguard API means you send in a hypothetical home, real or not, in the form of it's properties such as type, coordinates etc. and you get back the observations that most resemble this reference object. In this case, you get the transactions that most resemble it. In a more advanced version, you can alter weights and set filters to alter your results. In the more basic version, these are preset and can't be changed.
