The communication score system is rigged with a lot of troll report and petty people

Recently falling to below 3000 point and can't even play rank anymore, note that >3000 point is disbled skill ping, item ping, only chatwheel enable and can't type or communicate, I only ping my teammate heroes to tower to only tell them to push/defense and only use chatwheel laughing when I misplay etc. (why should my report be taken against the system that include in the game) and people is petty and mad about that.
