1 month Dota Plus bundle not applied to the account

Description

I was looking at my account and I earnd 2 bundles of Dota Plus, 1 weekly and 1 monthly.

I already had dota plus active in my account and ended on january 20, 2025
I applied the weekly and added correctly 1 week. so it would end at January 27, 2025

Then I applied the monthly bundle but nothing happened. It still shows the end in January 27, 2025. It should add at least 30 days.

That is my problem.
