Reported player list is empty

Description

Since a few days, my list was emptied. There were a lot of reports since the list of people you report was added and made public, but since a few days it is not only empty, but I didn't even have any action taken on the feeders or griefers I reported (and I mean blatant ones, like destroying items or going afk 40 minutes).

Considering the number of toxic players that is on the rise, I am wondering if the system is starting to get bugged.

Does anybody else have an empty list or a long time since they saw "Action Taken" in that list?
