This talk will dive into five key lessons learned from my experience shipping an AI coding agent. Most of these lessons will not be technical, but will be more focused on people issues. This is because you cannot solve an AI problem without solving the human problem first. A few of the lessons will be more technically focused on AI agents in general, rather than the specific language used - TypeScript.

The goal of this talk is to give people enough inspiration so that after listening, they feel inspired to go ahead and pursue building their own agents.
