Add useContext like method

So I have basic Familiarity with react but one thing I liked a lot was their useContext hook, and I think it would be pretty amazing to have that in viewComponent. I know we have view_context but I was thinking of a separate store just for components where they can assume a global Component specific state store if they need it

After digging around in the code base after some time I have realised that veiw_context does fulfil this need, so I will close this issue
