home page enhancement

the home page is fine except when the user visits the webpage the level 1 is in the center , if we go further down everything shifts to the left. level 1, 2, 4 are for same size but level 3 vid is too large compared to them, in my opinion: same sizing of every level should be there and in addition to that how about centering the whole page just how the level 1 is already.
