New TermInfo design

Aim: We want to move towards having a longer termInfo where many sections have summary info - which may be graphical or textual. Many queries will become discrete sections with summaries and then a hook for more details --> query. In other cases, the current section will become summary, with a query hook for more details --> query following. Examples for this will include the pub section.

The current design - all black, doesn't separate sections so clearly. We think FlyBase pages could provide inspiration for a new design, e.g. see https://flybase.org/reports/FBgn0011655.

Coming up with a design will be the first step. We will gradually work on developing summaries allowing us to fill out sections.
