It's possible to display the neuron 3d skeleton and 3d volume at the same time with different colours

Enabling '3D volume' on a L1EM neuron (poss others) doesn't work immediately but can be made to by deselecting an reselecting and sometimes also by hiding and showing the neuron again. The 3d volume displays separately from the 3d skeleton and can be selected separately. This should probably be tidied.
