wato2-ubuntu1 and tr-ubuntu1 scheduled maintenance

We are decommissioning wato2-ubuntu1 on Sunday, 2024-02-16. The purpose of this is to make some GPU passthrough changes and use wato2 as a test bench for a potential SLURM cluster. As always, you can find the latest list of machines at https://cloud.watonomous.ca/machines.
