Scheduled decomission: trpro-ubuntu2 and thor-ubuntu2

We are scheduling a maintenance window next Thursday, April 4, from 1:30pm to midnight ET. During this maintenance window, we will decomission trpro-ubuntu2 and thor-ubuntu2 and move their resouces into SLURM. This will help us further streamline resource allocation within the cluster. Maintenance is complete. We decomissioned trpro-ubuntu2 and thor-ubuntu2, and moved their resources (1x RTX 4090, 2x RTX 3090, some CPU/RAM) to trpro-slurm2 (existing) and thor-slurm1 (new).
