Amend proposal to comply with "Google Commitments Offer" to Competition and Markets Authority #244

In light of the draft commitments made by Google regarding "Privacy Sandbox" amend the governance of this proposal to comply with these undertakings.

I have today requested the CMA make the request allowed for under the draft's D.13 provision.

This also relates to #200, #215, #216, and #224 among others.

Google have reached a binding final settlement with the CMA.

Privacy Budget is subject to that agreement and UACH values must be provided truthfully under all circumstances until agreed otherwise with the CMA or the settlement expires.
