Description

Use the central Grafana instance instead of main

Resolves #138

How Has This Been Tested?

Already deployed to staging and prod (automatic migration was not possible due to limitations in Terraform)

Due Diligence

  • Breaking change
  • Requires a documentation update
  • Requires a e2e/integration test update
