Provider status errored in mainnet cyan

Hello, we have the following implementation

w3auth = new Web3AuthCore({
      clientId: web3AuthClientId ,
      chainConfig: {
        chainNamespace: CHAIN_NAMESPACES.SOLANA,
        chainId: 0x1 
      }
    })

but the provider is responding errored, what could be the reasons? in devnet (0x3) it works perfectly (with the same implementation) and in Mainnet (0x1) it is not working
