Checksum of the file in the update server XML

[FIX] Added checksums of the sha 256, sha 348 and sha512 file to the xml manifest of the update server. When updating Joomla 4, it showed a warning that the checksum was not found in the update server. Fixed.

PHP8 bugfixes

PHP8 notifications have been fixed in the admin panel and frontend

The download button is not shown if there is no version

Due to #75. If the project did not have any published versions, the "download" button was shown, which led to page 404. Fixed.
