Would you consider a packaged release?

I have been trying for days to get this plugin to build, to no avail. On three different systems, mautic-core has layers on layers of broken dependencies, and just does not seem to be in a buildable state. If you have a prebuilt version, it would be a massive help if you could put out a pre-built release, as Mautic 5 does not seem like it will be in a stable position any time soon.
