Download the required mod files here.

Extract and place them in .minecraft/mods.

There is an 'Optional' folder in the zip file. Check which mods you want to use in there and take it out of the subfolder.
It's the best to clear all of your previous mod files as some in the past update are replaced or removed.
Do not include the 'Optional' subfolder in your mods folder.

Only download the resource pack if you have troubles downloading it directly from the server upon joining.

Do not extract the zip file. Just place it in .minecraft/resourcepacks.

Load the resource pack in your settings manually and disable resource packs on the server.
If you have an existing resource pack for the server, replace it with this one.
