Number formats from Odoo

Hi Richard,

How are number formats from Odoo transferred to the Pentaho report?
My problem is that I need German format 0,00 instead of english 0.00.

So, what I need to do is to set the number format (or the locale) per report, for example based on the language of the related partner of an invoice...

@morphace There is no standard way to do this. Formatting of numeric fields, currency symbols, etc, are all driven by the report definition and by the reporting engine environment. There will be ways to write formulas that return values formatted to your run-environment data, but you would need to research that in the Pentaho forums, and you would need to make sure your query picked the format data up. From a partner, this can be more easily picked up than from the context, but anything is possible.

Unfortunately, though, it is all going to be manual at this point :(
