Not Loading #1077

Downloaded Windower4 and went to boot up but when I do it states

"The encryption key cannot be found. If it is being stored on an external device (such as a USB memory card) please connect the device.

Not sure what im doing wrong at this point, any help would be great thanks in advance

have you logged in to the game all the way to character login vanilla (without windower) at least once since installing?
